What Does It Cost To Join

Influencers and Media Partners are completely free to join the platform. Events joining the platform, will pay a monthly fee based on the subscription tier they are joining. This fee is disclosed as you create a listing and will be determined by how many events you would like to list on the platform per month. In addition to this, you have the option to pay in order to "Pitch" your event to certain media partners and you may decide to pay influencers for their services, but this will be optional

As much information as possible! The prompts will give you guidance on how to give the right information, also use the "Description" box to give any more info on what your event will include, what to expect and why these content creators should come to your event.

Why Do I Need To Pay To Pitch My Event?

The payment in order to submit your event to certain media partners and journalists, is a guarantee that they will consider your event and respond to your pitch within the 7 day period. Your payment, goes to the writer or media partner and allows them a financial incentive to respond to your event and provide detailed feedback. Every content creator, journalist and media partner on our platform has been thoroughly scrutinised to prove they have experience and enthusiasm to cover events on their platform.

Can I Add More Events?

Yes, just go to the "Account Settings" page and head to subscriptions. From there, you can upgrade your account to add more listings. Your additional payment, will be added on a pro-rata basis to your next invoice.

What Should My Media Listing Include?

As much information as possible. The prompts when you create a listing will help with the information required, you should also include as much information about the type of events you like to cover - as well as any information about your readership and their location. If you are a freelance journalist, include any publications you write for.

Do I Have To Cover An Event That Has Been Pitched To Me?

No, you are under no obligation to cover any events that have been pitched to you. You can make your own decision based on the individual pitch. If you have been paid for this submission, you are required to respond to the event within 7 days of the original pitch.

Our media partners are chosen based on their previous coverage of events, so we ask that you use this platform only if you intent to feature, review and attend events. If we feel you are not doing this and are using the platform solely for financial gain, you will be removed from the platform

What If I Can No Longer Attend An Event?

If you can no longer attend an event, then we ask that you inform the event promoter as soon as you can.

How Can I Get Paid?

You can add your payment options by heading to your account settings via your avatar on the top right of your screen. Once you've added your payment details, events will be able to pay you, in return for a response to their event.

What Should My Profile Include?

As much information as possible. Describe in detail, the kind of content you produce as well as details about your audience. Any links to your social media pages, any indication of how many views your content will usually receive and crucially - where your audience are located. You can also include links to any previous event content.

How Will I Get Paid

Our platform has an in-built payment system where events can pay you directly for your services. You will need to register an account via the "Account Settings" tab on the top right of your screen, then head to "Payout Details"

Can I Receive Payments Outside The Platform

No. Due to legal processes, external payment from our events is strictly prohibited. Payments and messages will be monitored for this reason. Our platform is fully integrated for incoming payments and also provides you with security and peace of mind that payment will arrive in your account legally and on time.
